Training for employees employed in positions directly related to safety in rail transport is a very important element of the development of safety culture in our organization. During the training sessions held in Katowice, Wrocław and Gdańsk, topics related to the causes of events were discussed and there was also an opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss current company matters.
